NARA Client Relationship Managers
Roles
Client Relationship Managers provide a single point of contact with NARA for RTOs for all registration processes.
Client Relationship Managers are allocated on the basis of the type of RTO seeking registration with NARA. The aim is to build the level of knowledge within NARA of the circumstances and issues common to different types of providers in order to inform NARA judgements about good practice and risk.
NARA’s Client Relationship Managers liaise with RTOs, NARA endorsed Quality Consultants and Lead Auditors to make arrangements for audits. They monitor the audit process and consider the recommendations of the Audit Reports prior to forwarding those reports to the General Manager NARA.
